Recommended Operating Budget Addenda

Eliminate funding for agencyEliminates funding for the agency. The functions of the Department of Correctional Education were consolidated with the Department of Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice pursuant to legislation passed during the 2012 General Assembly. Corresponding amendments provide appropriation for the transferred functions in the two agencies.
