This posting includes instructions and other information in support of state agency 2027 operating budget requests. Agencies will use the Decision Package module in the Performance Budgeting (PB) system to submit requests for 2026-2028 biennium operating budget changes to be considered as part of the Governor’s introduced amended budget for the 2027 session of the General Assembly. See also the link to Chapter 1 information which includes spreadsheets and other materials that will show the details of where various amendments were appropriated in the budget passed by the General Assembly in late June. Chapter 1 is the budget being amended for the 2027 session of the General Assembly.
Note for Executive Department Agencies: Executive Department agencies should not submit any decision packages in the PB system until receiving approval from their Cabinet Secretary for each request.
