The Six-Year Capital Outlay Plan Advisory Committee provides the following capital outlay projects and descriptive information to constitute the Commonwealth's capital outlay plan, pursuant to Item 2-0, paragraph Q, of Chapter 2, 2024 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, and ยง 2.2-1518 of the Code of Virginia, for the capital projects supported entirely or partially from the general fund for the six-year period beginning July 1, 2024.
